Welcome to Pilates and Pamper! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking our services. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

1. General Terms

1.1. Pilates and Pamper is an Australian business providing wellness events, retreats, and pampering experiences.

1.2. By booking an event or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1. All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking channels.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

2.3. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2.4. We accept payments via debit and credit card and bank transfer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.2. If you cancel more than [90] days before the Retreat start date, you may receive a refund of any additional payments made, minus the deposit.

3.3. Cancellations made within [45] days of the Retreat start date are non-refundable.

3.4. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from Pilates & Pamper.

3.5 In the unlikely event that Pilates & Pamper cancels the Retreat, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. However, we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in Pilates and other Retreat activities. If you have any health concerns, you must consult with a healthcare professional before attending.

4.2. You acknowledge that participation in Pilates and pampering sessions involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

4.3. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions, you must inform us at least [60] days before the Retreat.

5. Liability & Indemnity

5.1. Pilates & Pamper, its facilitators, and venue hosts are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs before, during, or after the Retreat.
5.2. You understand that you are responsible for your own belongings and that Pilates & Pamper is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

5.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pilates and Pamper from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1. We collect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

6.2. Your data is used for booking purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Pilates and Pamper and may not be used without permission.

7.2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.

8. Governing Law

8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
