Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pilates and Pamper, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all our events, including our retreats. By booking an event with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Event Cancellations & Refunds
1.1. Cancellation by Participant:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Cancellations made 7 before the event will receive a 50% refund or you have the option for it to be transferred to a future event.
1.2. Cancellation by Pilates and Pamper:
If we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future event.
1.3. Transfer of Booking:
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Retreat Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. If you cancel more than 90 days before the Retreat start date, you may receive a refund of any additional payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
2.3. Cancellations made within 45 days of the Retreat start date are non-refundable.
2.4. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from Pilates & Pamper.
2.5. In the unlikely event that Pilates & Pamper cancels the Retreat, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. However, we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
2.6 Pilates and Pamper is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at our discretion.
